A Greengridz® kitchen worktop has 60% less CO2 emissions than plywood. Commissioned by Dekker Zevenhuizen, KEMA made a chain analysis of this, which was visualised in a CO2 pendulum. This is shown on the right. The data are reduced to a quantity of CO2 emissions per standard product (based on a standard kitchen worktop format). FSC quality mark Greengridz carries the FSC quality mark. So you have the guarantee that the wood comes from responsibly managed forests. By planting trees, the CO2 emissions resulting from production are compensated.
